Freckles Lettuce

I found a new variety of leaf lettuce called Freckles.   Its a leaf lettuce that has a reddish tint to it with red speckles on it.  Its looks really cool and although its probably to hot for it, I decided to plant it.  I purchased a couple of flats of starts from a supplier.  If it does will, I will get some seed and plant some next fall when the weather is more conducive to lettuce.
